Please note, that we do not always have the garments readily available in your size. To ensure the highest quality and the spirit of linen, all of our products are made here at "Lino kopos" studio – a home of Giedrius brand. Therefore it may take longer to dispatch your order. For those in a hurry we are glad to offer express shipping option.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has been cleared, it will usually be processed within two - five business days.
Shipping takes anywhere between 2-15 business days, depending on where you are located in relation to „Lino kopos“ in Vilnius, Lithuania.  











*Standard delivery to outlying territories may take an extra 7-14 days, and will be carried by your local Post Office.

When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included, if available.

If someone is present at the time of delivery to sign for your order, it will be marked as ‘signed for’ on the tracking system.
If no one is available to sign for your order at the delivery address, a card will be left informing you of how to collect it or arrange redelivery.

If you wish to return anything to us from a non-EU country, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.

Do you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses for security purposes.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Has my order been dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

Express delivery to Europe – 4 business days – €45

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, you can do this by sending an email to care@linokopos.com as soon as possible. Please state the order number found in your order confirmation and which items you wish to cancel. If the order has already been sent to you, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.

How do I return an item?

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition (also unwashed, unhemmed etc.) Accompanied by the original invoice. Email to care@linokopos.com and let us know you wish to send back your product. Wait for a confirmation email from us. This email will also include instructions for sending back the product, and the address you can send it to. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Giedrius webstore cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Giedrius. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Please ensure you state the returned goods’ order number, as well as your address and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained, goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
